Admin Panel Password Problems

After reinstalling each time I enter the username and password for the admin panel it keeps rejecting it.

 

I have ensured that they are what was set up at the install stage.

 

Can anybody tell me what the file / s name are that have this information so that I can also ensure that they are correct in the files or edit them, I'm not sure what's going on at the moment.

Thanks for the response that's great, it's cleared it so it says but how do I get into the admin panel now as it still asks for a usename and password.
