WoodsWalker Posted May 20, 2008 Posted May 20, 2008 This must sound kinda dumb ... :-" I want to make sure I always have a local copy of everything, in case my host's server ever goes down. Sensible, no? I've noticed that when I do a "search" in my local site directory for text that appears in my product descriptions, for product names, and even for category names, it comes up blank. I figured this must be because these items are typed in through the admin ... and thus they land directly on the host server, without a local copy being saved. Am I right? Cleverly, I tried to synchronize my local and hosted files, specifying that I wanted newer files downloaded from the server ... but still nothing! It only downloaded my product graphics. What files are the product descriptions, names, and category names stored in? Thank you very much in advance! ~Wendy
