Big Mike
How accurate is the Osc credit card checker? Does it have a high rate of declining/returning an error or card no good on actual valid cards that are submitted? In regards to Visa, Master and Amex. mattice
Almost any cc checker checks for an algorithm called Luhn or Mod10. It can tell if the card number is possible. It doesn't tell wether the card is valid, generated, stolen, whatever. Just if it is a number that fits the description. osC card checker does the same AFAIK.
