Easy Populate Update Problems

I have been having a problem with easy populate and the way it uploads files. Easy Populate uploads and updates the files but does not restructure and delete old catagories. I have to do that manually. And since i have about 60 catagories going deleteing them one by one is a slow tedious process. Is there a way i can first delete all the old database files, products, and catagories then just upload the new Easy Populate Text File with the new Catalog structure on it?
