Infobox contribution. ??

Can anyone remember what Brandon Sweet's infobox contribution was called?

You know the one that gave you the standard boxes, but with your chosen images top and bottom. It got rid of the php and mainly worked by html.

 

I have been searching, as I want to change one box, and think something he did will hold the key.

But I'll be jiggered if I can remember what it was called!
