belleliu Posted December 26, 2002 Share Posted December 26, 2002 I got special discounted rates from UPS (in a plain text file), they told me that there is no way to make my shopping site connect to their site to retrieve those discounted rates automatically because there are only standard rates available on the web, so, only that text file is available for my use. So, how did you get discounted rates from the USPS? I am just a newbie and my partner (of the business) found those special rates, I don't know he got it and if you give me your email address, I could send you the text file (showing the rates), because it is a bit too long to copy&paste it here.
