Ok 1st of i would like to say thanks to all who has replyed to any thread that i made for your replies in helping me set up my oscommerce site.

 

Specail thanks goes out to mrjd1410 Who helped me a lot with this site.

Just took a brief look over your website and I think you have done a great job on the design its deffinatly not like the Oscommerce default template which is always good! You have thought about the user experience and produced a user friendly website.

 

You may want to increase the images size slightly and maybe offer a reward scheme for repeat customers and potential customers. Also i noticed you have nothing inside the meta description tag!

Nice setup and theme!

 

Might I suggest just a few tweaks?

 

The header & nav bar does not continue all the way to the right of your main table on the opening index page.

Two new products? One in the main page section and the scrolling infobox. The scrolling what's new caused slow load time.

Language and Currency infobox, why? You don't have available options.

Two information infoboxes, again why? One would suffice.

No form when clicking Contact Us.

Error when clicking New Articles.

Most - Click to Enlarge links utilize lightbox, but I stumbled across a few that opened in another browser window.

The bar on the bottom (where the date is located) also does not continue all the way to the right of your main table. I would also change the color to either match the upper nav bar or pick a color already used in your theme. Maybe the color that is at the bottom of your header?

in the 1st post ur on about "meta name="Description" content" i am working on my meta name and all meta data so hopefully will get the hang of all that soon :P

 

what images are on on about when u say " increase the images size slightly " ???

 

as for jhande im working on fixing "The header & nav bar does not continue all the way to the right of your main table on the opening index page"

 

once u been to the site the "The scrolling what's new caused slow load time." will hopfully load fast due to storing cookies, or i hope so

If you need any help with meta tags just let me know as i have been piecing together a manual to help people :)

I think the product images just need to be increased slightly as they seem a little small.
