penge Posted December 26, 2002 Share Posted December 26, 2002 Installed PHP - Apache - Mysql - Oscommerce yesterday on my local pc and it works! :D Problem is, it works very slowly as if I was on 14.4 modem. :!: It must be an apache problem because I copied a static website into the directory and ran that with the same effect. The setup is: Apache/2.0.43 (win32) MySql Version=3.23.54 PHP-4.2.3 Win32 All downloaded from the official websites. I have scoured the forum for similar posts/problems with no luck. Since I am new to servers, scripting and databases, I was hoping someone would take pity on me (well. it it christmas :xmas: ) and point me in the right direction!
