CVV2 if left EMPTY return you to login Error

I have a CVV2 Error and need a little help!

 

When a person does not enter a CVV (they don't know what it is maybe) the press submit and it empty the card and take you back to the login page and you can not login until you start over by adding a new product in your empty cart! them you are back online with all your products plus the one you needed to add to get it going again!

 

I used the Split Credit Card feature however do not know if this is the reason.

 

ANYONE had the same problem? or know how I can fix?

And Press Continue...

 

It returns me to my login screen with no content and I can not login to my account until I add a product.

 

I am using the CVV2 v2/2RC2a Mod however I add this error before I upgraded
