prettyswan Posted May 15, 2008 Posted May 15, 2008 I sell downloadable products and i use Required Customer Details http://addons.oscommerce.com/info/5407 to disable new members to enter their address. but there is a big problem. when i try to check out, paypal says that i have to have a shipping address to complete the payment process. i need only email address to let people to register and download in my sites. i don't need shipping address or billing address. how can i do to solve this problem?
