using Paypal in Australia

Just installed the version of oscommerce v2.2 RC2

 

Trying to setup paypal payments for AUSTRALIA

 

seems to be problems with some of the contributions available get the errors below

I am trying to install the contribution named "PayPal in Australian (AUD) Currency" in most of the downloads there the is only one file the paypal.php file but it doesn't explain where to put it. I put it in /public_html/includes/modules/payment and than after getting the error above also placed it in /public_html/includes/languages/english/modules/payment/

 

After doing this i get this error

 

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class paypal in /home/jew49820/public_html/includes/modules/payment/paypal.php on line 13
