Frindly, Marco Italy  Marco: Easy Populate is going to by your new friend. It is a contribution that allows you to upload thousands of products from a spreadsheet. My first major OSC site has about 2,700 products. The site I'm developing now, however, has over 17,000! There no way I could do it without Easy Populate. http://addons.oscommerce.com/info/500 You will need to convert your document into a .csv file. (cvs stands for Comma-Separated Values) If you follow the Easy Populate instructions carefully, it will work for you. That said, it took me a few tries of uploading my speadsheet into OSC to see exactly where the information goes. Hint: I uploaded my spreadsheet and found that some fields went places I didn't want them to. Instead of fighting to move stuff, I simply deleted the data from my SQL database and tried again. Of course: backup, backup, backup first! Good Luck (or should it be "Buona fortuna"?) alex
