adyck Posted May 14, 2008 Posted May 14, 2008 After many years of using osc and having thousands of products listed, my product list has accumulated many errors. I have been using Easy Populate to update my db. What is the easiest way to delete all of my products from the db without also deleting the customer and purchase history? Then I would be able to upload a new product list that would be accurate (I hope.)
Jack_mcs Posted May 14, 2008 Posted May 14, 2008 The only safe way to do it is to go to admin->Catalog and delete them from there. Deleting the categories will make it go faster. However, if you do that, it will break all of the links that the search engines have listed for those pages since the product ID's will be different.
