Changing mail address after order

Hi,

 

In [Admin]>>[Orders] page,

A mail address is showed --- the customer inputed it for order.

 

When the mail address is changed by the customer,

it doesn't synchronized in order page.

 

I think the new mail address should be showed,

and a mail should be send to the new address when the status is changed.
