PLEASE SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME

I'm trying to change my privacy policy and every time I change it it brings me to this screen that says....Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/herblife/public_html/includes/languages/english/privacy.php on line 22....and then I'll try to do it again and it brings up the same thing but for a different line #.......Im not editing it in the oscommerce file manager im doing it an ftp program....can some one please help me ive been stuck on this for two days now....HELP :(

That didnt work either.....I dont know whats wrong I changed all the word' to word\' but now I get this
