Help removing USPS options

I have looked everywhere and have tried the shipping mod but I found it more restrictive than the basic USPS install so I removed it.

 

 

All I want is to remove

 

Priority Mail International Flat Rate Envelope

Priority Mail International Flat Rate Box

First Class Mail International Package

 

I have tried removing the lines from catalog//includes/modules/shipping usps.php

 

I have tried commenting them out. But they still show up. Can anyone please help with how to remove those 3 options. My contents wont fit in an envelope and I don't want to ship First Class Int..

I would like to know if you guys found a solution? The contents on my cart will not fit in an envelope either but the option is showing... How do you remove it?

I have the same problem. I also tried removing the arrays from the php file, but no luck. I tried looking to see if there was anywhere to turn them off through the USPS website but nothing, how frustrating!
