Well I suppose there is a number of ways to do this, first you could try the Preorder box at the link below:

Now if that fails you could try the best sellers box with the admin feature, rename it to pre order and you get what you want.

 

Another way is to simply make a box and put in the links manually, bit of messing about if you have to change it daily/weekly!

 

As for the top selling artists, not too sure how you would do that without making a box and listing them manually.
