Acetylene
Hello, I have two osCommerce sites, one of which is modded and the other pretty much stock. I transferred them both to a new server and now they no longer respond to any navigation done through the URLs (like selecting a category or product). The index.php page just keeps showing the default welcome message as though the variables had not been set at all. However, when I tried a test page that did nothing but set a variable in an url and then check to see if it's there, the test working fine. So, something about how my oscommerce pages use these variables is causing the problem. Both sites have the same problem, so I doubt that the mods I've used caused this, but they include Search Engine Friendly URLs and a mod to add more option types (forget the name). I have full control of the server and can make any changes you think would be helpful. Unfortunately, I can't show you the problem site because the DNS still points to the old server; I'm not changing it until I have the new one working. I could post code if you think it would help. Thank you!
