I am trying to upload my newest database backup onto my new server that I just got transferred to and it is giving me this error.

Error in ZIP archive: CRC32 checksum is not equal with the value in header information.

I am using phpMyAdmin

Nevermind, I unzipped the file and uploaded it like that and it worked.
