meimeishih Posted May 14, 2008 Share Posted May 14, 2008 Anyone can help also!! I have upgrading my OSC to 2.2 msc recently also but there is some problem. I backup my data from my old mySQL and restore in the new osc. Everything is OK but only the chinese character become coding. The new version of OSC I have installed have the language of Traditional Chinese, Simplify Chinese and English, but only the english language can show properly. The Simplify Chinese is even missing! I know that it may be the old version of OSC is using big5 coding for traditional chinese and new version of OSC is using UTF8 for coding! Is it I change the language the coding in the mySQL will work? OR we cannot use the old data as the data is written by big5? Sorry for my poor english!
