Problem in installing PAYPAL

Hello All,

 

i have installed payment module "Paypal", but at right menu there is still option of INSERT, while there should be REMOVE and EDIT, in coding i have checked that $minfo-status return false. that's mean module not installed while in db there are some rows inserted ....

 

Also tell me that which category of PAYPAL should be install and how i can get work according to my requirements
