Fuzzbutt.co.uk Posted May 13, 2008 Share Posted May 13, 2008 Just doing some testing and when you checkout it asks if you want email updates on the products - I'm gathering this means "order status and processing" email updates? I ticked the box but when you view the order in the Admin panel, there is no indication of this, thus defeating the object of having the box there to tick? Also tried ordering and not ticking the box, and again - no indication. So it's pointless having the box there. I can choose to inform them of the order process myself whenever I change the order status, but if they don't want to be informed then I need to know so I won't bug them with emails.
