Give Me Strength - Payment Errors

Hi, let me first apologise because I was certain I could fix this myself, but after three days of searching and trying different things, I've given up. Im sure this is something really obvious.

 

I installed osc this time as a template, and I've managed to get it to where I want it to be, but I have this error appearing on the Modules/Payment page in Admin:

Sorry, that's awfully long. I have a similar error in the front end, when it goes to the shopping cart section, although only half as many. The short version:

All the files seem to be where they are meant to be, I have english as my only language, I've compared the code on line 128 with an existing (working) website, and it seems to be identical. Although, this other site doesn't have so many payment options. I don't want to keep all these options by the way, only a few of them.

 

If anyone can assist I would be extremely thankful!!

I recently installed a Template based install (2.2) of osCom and had the same issues. After investigating, it appeared the Template did not have the most recent includes/languages/english/modules/payment/ files. After downloading the official osCom installation, then uploading the missing files to the server, problem solved.
