Help please! My checkout stops at the shipping page.

I've just uninstalled Fast Easy Checkout, and now my checkout stops at the shipping page. The "Continue Checkout Procedure" button just reloads the shipping information page.

 

I've replaced all the files used by Fast Easy Checkout with stock files from the osCommerce download, but I've obviously missed something!

 

Anyone got any idea what might be causing this?

My site is www.pets-express.co.uk, if that helps at all.
