meta tags, added pages

Hi, ido hope someone can help me. a guy i know installed a template on my store. www.cosmeticwarehouse.com.au. he has moved & doesnt want to help me any more. i am a newbie to this & i have no idea where or how to install the meta tags so people can find my store. also how do i add pages?? i want to add payment pages & an about us page. also every item listed says "only today" i want it to say our price but havent a clue how to do it. also is it possible to have drop down boxs so people can choose there colour instead of me having to list 5 different items as cosmetics come in so many shades. Any advice would be greatly appreciated as im ready to scrap it & pay somebody. thanks everybody
