can "viewed" stats be reset or broken down?

is there a place in OSC to either reset the Products Viewed Stats weekly or find out where the information is stored to see each week which items are drawing the most interest? I operate a series of mobile stores that cater to exclusive groups, and have a web site to help my customers pre select the items they are intersted in purchaseing. I need to also see which other items , as a group, they are looking at.
