This one is probably a stupid question, but where do I go to change the text at the top left of the invoice & packing slip that currently reads:

"Store Name

Address

Country

Phone"

I want to input my store information up there..

Hi Brian,

 

As far as I am aware, this information depends on what you have entered in the OSC Admin 'Configuration \ My Store'. Near the bottom of the page you should see 'Store Address and Phone'. Enter your store information here, and it will also be shown on the invoices and packing slips.
