SSL warning! HELP!

I have set up my configuration.php in both the includes file and the admin/includes files as follows:

includes/configure.php

define('HTTP_SERVER', 'http://www.mysite.com');

define('HTTPS_SERVER', 'https://www.mysite.com');

define('ENABLE_SSL', true);

admin/includes/configure.php

define('HTTP_SERVER', 'https://www.mysite.com');

define('HTTP_CATALOG_SERVER', 'https://www.mysite.com');

define('HTTPS_CATALOG_SERVER', 'https://www.mysite.com');

define('ENABLE_SSL_CATALOG', 'true');

And I am getting an error at the top of the page that says "Warning: I am able to write to the configuration file: /home/mysite/public_html/store/includes/configure.php. This is a potential security risk - please set the right user permissions on this file."

Can someone help me out with this? Obviously, this is my first experience with SSL. Is there something else that I need to do?

Thanks
