raybeam Posted May 8, 2008 Posted May 8, 2008 I need to ask google some questions about my site. I can't find a webmaster support, does anyone have an e-mail? Seems impossible to contact them in a correct way.
♥Biancoblu Posted May 8, 2008 Posted May 8, 2008 I don't think you can contact them through email. I find the following quite useful (it helps if you've got a Google webmaster tools account): Google Webmaster Help Group Google Webmaster Central ~ Don't mistake my kindness for weakness ~

web-project Posted May 8, 2008 Posted May 8, 2008 try at the bottom of the pages (normally contact us link) Please read this line: Do you want to find all the answers to your questions? click here. As for contribution database it's located here! 8 people out of 10 don't bother to read installation manuals. I can recommend: if you can't read the installation manual, don't bother to install any contribution yourself. Before installing contribution or editing/updating/deleting any files, do the full backup, it will save to you & everyone here on the forum time to fix your issues. Any issues with oscommerce, I am here to help you.
Guest Posted May 8, 2008 Posted May 8, 2008 as far as i know, the only way to contact them about natural search is through email. if you have a question about adwords then there's a number you can call. 866-246-6453
web-project Posted May 8, 2008 Posted May 8, 2008 I have few emails for Google Checkout support team & Google Checkout chargeback issue team Please read this line: Do you want to find all the answers to your questions? click here. seb1188 Posted May 31, 2008 Posted May 31, 2008 I have few emails for Google Checkout support team & Google Checkout chargeback issue team Google are terrible. Most of their e-mail addresses just go to auto responders that look for keyword and give you "stock information" based on what your keywords were. You'd literally have just as much luck typing your question into Google search. osCommerce is GREAT. When it works...

I dont agree although Googles support can sometimes be a little vague I have always had a speedy response from them when using the contact form which is buried deep in the google help pages. Aran
seb1188 Posted May 31, 2008 Posted May 31, 2008 I dont agree although Googles support can sometimes be a little vague I have always had a speedy response from them when using the contact form which is buried deep in the google help pages. Aran I've had exactly the opposite experience. It was obviously an automated reply based on keywords, and they add to the end "if you still have questions please reply to this email". So I've done that about 6 times, each one progressively angrier and more specific, but still just automated replies. I'm saying "Is anyone even reading this? What colour is the sky?" and getting "Use a toaster to toast your bread" as a reply (that's just an example by the way, not what actually happened, but it really was that bad - I was very specific and got totally unrelated replies). So I gave up on them and just did whatever the hell I wanted (it was a terms and conditions issue, applied to my particular situation). Maybe your questions were just lucky enough to hit the right keywords? Most people do ask the same stuff, after all (so will get the right answers by the keyword method). Mine was a special case. Or maybe I'm just unlucky... either way I'm not happy with Google and no longer expect much from them! osCommerce is GREAT. When it works...
