Business Card Generator intergration

I have created a business card maker using php, I would like to send the form values to an osComm cart mainly the price and quantity but I would also like to send the finished card (pdf) to the order page and have it listed in orders so when the order comes I can download and print off the card.

 

At the moment I'm trying to figure out how to create the pdf of the card I have on screen. But if someone can help me figure out how to send or add to database the name of the pdf image with download pdf option. I would be really really greatfull
