How to stop Selling in my store

Hello,

In pakistan specially Peshawar; there are rear people buying online So i want my Store to be online through OS Commerce but

I want to stop the Selling option as i want that everything with price to be there only i want to disappear the "ADD TO CART" and shopping links/ Option from the Pages
