gdgoggin Posted May 8, 2008 Share Posted May 8, 2008 we are having a serious problem where multiple customers will visit the site and the site will recognize the new unregistered customer as a previous customer. ie new customer pat from TX sees"welcome back leslie" on the site where leslie in MA placed an order hours ago. the new customer enters an order changes the ship to address and the credit card info and that order is contained in that previous customers account. we have noticed that some users appear to be logged in for hours, perhaps the problem is connected to this? Your website should not be able to present previously entered information’s as your web server and homepage don't present these from a previously typing.
