Scripted Window Warning Every Time I Refresh in IE7

This seems like a great contributions, but there is a major problem for me:

 

In IE7 every time I refresh the window after a change and try to make another change, I get a Windows IE warning bar at the top telling me the page uses scripted windows, to which I have to click and temporarily allow the windows AGAIN and then click on the field AGAIN...

 

I know that I can turn off the warnings, but that is unrealistic to expect from merchants. Is there some way around this?

 

Also, why is the refresh page necessary? Can't the field in the page be updated to reflect the change with AJAX code?
