Error getting onto admin page?

Does any one know why i am getting this??

 

1146 - Table 'db244255226.administrators' doesn't exist

 

select id from administrators limit 1

i am trying to access the oscommerce admin tool

I would say that the Admin table is not there for one reason of another!

Look under my contributions for Reset admin password, use the first version it has the Database table required in it, then upload to your database using phpmyadmin or similar

Ok i am abit of a newbie at this I have phpmyadmin via 1and1 although i cant seem to find out how to upload the file to my or am i just inserting the code? If so where?

Hi Chris,

first, save the Admin SQL text file to your desktop.

Ok go to phpmyadmin, it will lst your database on the left colum with the name of your data base at the top,

click the name and it should all move to the main part of the page.

Across the top you will see an Import button, click on this.

Now click browse, navigate to the text file Admin SQL click to select it and then at the bottom of the phpmyadmin page click GO.

That should be it.

go immediately to your admin to enter your details

Ok I get it to goto the main page but it only shows these options, structure, sql, search, query, export and operations. No import option???
