download database - reset download count -how?

hi,

some of my customers have problems when they download their purchases, and use up all their download tries. I test what they have bought and find no problem so I put it down to just a glitch .

I went to the my phpMyAdmin - 2.11.4, found the table orders-products-downloads, the download number. but I try to edit the table and insert the desired number download counts I get an error.

 

Is there a code I can add to the query?

 

If someone can help that will be great.

Yes I know :)I can at it is set from there in general

But the problem is occurring after the person buys a product and has a problem. Not all people have the problem, just some. A person A can by product X and download fine and then person B buys X and after the 3 goes still does not get the download to work. That is why I wish to reset say order 200's download count to 6 instead of 0 via the database for them to try again to dowload it as well for me to go into their account and give the download a try - otherwise I have to email the product which sometimes is a real hassle when the file is larger than 10MB as email servers do not like it.
