Help! I killed my site?

Hi guys, my site was still working great yesterady night. Until this morning, I checked my site and all the links was broken. Then I figured out that, for some reason, all my images and my stylesheet was forced to SSL mode (https) instead of the normal http. I had to go to my configure.php and change

 

define('HTTPS_SERVER', 'https://mobile604.com'); to define('HTTPS_SERVER', 'http://mobile604.com');

to fix the problem temporary. So i am still not sure where the root of the problem is.

 

Then for some odd reason, I deleted my whole osc folder on my server and reloaded a local backup folder back on.

 

Now my site is not working correctly. For example, all my categories and products links are broken. When I add/delete categories, nothing happens to my categories box and stuff. When I check the database manually through myphpadmin, it adds /delete the categories.

 

Is there a proper procedure for reloading a backup like this? what am i missing?
