Header meta tags filename

Hi,

 

I am completely new to everything...so please excuse the VERY BASIC questions :rolleyes: I wanted to change the header meta tags but not sure what the filename is called or where to find it in the admin/filemanager so I can make the change. Because at the moment when you seach for our store in google we come up but want to change the description of the store and header tags associated with it.
