It cant be that hard.....Can it !?

Hi,

 

I am trying to add a background image the the homepage center box (Not the surrounding area) where you sign in!

 

I have tried to add image in the style sheet but it always appears around the white center box. It seems though im adding code in the wrong box.

 

So i then tried in includes/languages/english/index and its not appearing !

 

This is the code......where do i add a image by the name of hiphome.jpg

If using firefox, try downloading Web Develpoer and Firebug. That should help you identify where to make the changes.
