Combine Orders

I have a lot of customers who place multiple orders - then ask me to combine them. Is there a contribution that will let me do this in admin?

I use the Order Editor contribution http://addons.oscommerce.com/info/1435 - although i'm just using version 3.0.1 - works great and allows you to do what you need.

I have order editor installed - and it lets me make changes to a particular order no problem. What I wan to do is actually combine two separate orders into one. Say the customer has order 100 and 101 in the system. I want to be able to say - put the two together (all items on a single order), adjust order_totals, apply only a single shipping charge (fix taxes of course) and save it as one total order.
