OsCommerce ADDING photos please help

Im not sure if it is right place if not please move somewhere else this topic

 

I have problems with shop withone I created via OsCommerce

 

the problem is:

 

when I login as admin and I go to "catalog" then I go to "add product" next I go "choose file" popup window should show up with windows window to choose file in this case image file but that kind of error is showing up:

 

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /admin/includes/filebrowser/index.php on this server.

 

if anyone know why.. please help those files in this adress given before have got before 777 but it didnt help also so I dont know what is wrong
