Cannot access admin due to error in header.php.. Help!

I really hope somebody can help me :( .... I was trying to alter the www/includes/header.php and have came across an error :

 

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: size() in ...... /www/admin/includes/header.php on line 52

 

I think I might have altered the header.php script in the admin section by accident (although I don't know how??). Could somebody please post the original code for this "/www/admin/includes/header.php" doc please?
