The Page Cannot Be Displayed

I occassionally get the error "The Page Cannot Be Displayed" and I use MS IE 5.5 and 6.0. I seem to recall that this may be something that can be solved with the server configuration or maybe within oscommerce, but I don't remember what the solution is. Can someone help me?

This problem seems to happen most often when I visit the site and click on a product picture to see it enlarged. Then also when I try to add the product to my shopping cart. I'm not logged in when I try this. When I back out, go to the home page or another page and then try it again with the same product, it works fine. It's not limited to any one product. Any suggestions?
