2pups Posted May 4, 2008 Posted May 4, 2008 This is an ongoing hassle. I set up shipping and customer checks out with totally different charges. I am ready to pay for a shopping cart if it will WORK. Customer order 56.97 Table Rate (Shipping to United States): $19.99 (WRONG) Shipping Table reads 5:4.99,25:5.99,40:6.99,75:9.99,125:12.99,150:13.99,250:15.95,300:19.99 I just did a dummy order. Total cost followed by osc check out charges. $19.95 - $5.99.... $46.20 - $12.99 - $52.80 - $ $15.95 ... $68.00 - $15.95 .... $73.69 - $19.99 .... $78.68 - $0.00.... over the $78.68 shipping is $0.00. GOT 1 right out of 5 right!!!!! AND customer order and dummy got 2 different charges within 2 hours. How many customers "walk"? Anyone know of a better more accurate shopping cart? This one does whatever it wants to do. Marion :angry:

Please read this line: Do you want to find all the answers to your questions? click here. As for contribution database it's located here! 8 people out of 10 don't bother to read installation manuals. I can recommend: if you can't read the installation manual, don't bother to install any contribution yourself. Before installing contribution or editing/updating/deleting any files, do the full backup, it will save to you & everyone here on the forum time to fix your issues. This one is the only module designation that does not work. Others are fine. Shipping "might be correct" on 1 item purchase shipping charges but after that it's pure guesswork. The trouble starts when customer buys 2-3-4 items added together. Shipping rate is always wrong. Thank you for responding
