veron Posted May 4, 2008 Posted May 4, 2008 hi my shop header is in my templates folder in 'images' and i have created a new one and i will upload it shortly via my file manager but my question is because the new file has different dimensions how do i locate the 'index.php' file via my cart so i can edit the dimension settings? also i am creating a .swf banner and i would shortly like to add this as well do i just add the normal flash 'object' code or do i have to add something extra? any help would be appreciated, many thanks veron
♥geoffreywalton Posted May 4, 2008 Posted May 4, 2008 I'd edit the new image to be the same dimensions as the current one and upload it as the same name. In that way there is no need to change anything. But this article should help. http://www.oscommerce.info/kb/osCommerce/C..._and_Layout/227 Even if it doesn't there is loads of usefull info there. veron Posted May 4, 2008 Author Posted May 4, 2008 ah yes i realise keeping the same name is important as its a direct replacement via upload but my concern is the dimension changes? will the cart resize it automatically? One of the useful bits of info is the name of the file the link to the logo is on.

dmnalven Posted May 4, 2008 Posted May 4, 2008 Not unless you pass additional arguments to the call to the tep_image function. Even then, it is the client's browser that would be doing any resizing. For ALL problems, please review this link first -> osCommerce Knowledge Base
