Shipping ALWAYS choses the 1st on the list whatever the customer choses, ANY HELP ?

Hi,

 

I am transfering of website, and I had the problem "USPS Shipping Method ALWAYS "Express" Regardless of Buyer Selection" a topic was on here, it did not fix my problem but I installed USPS Methods 4.0 Alpha and it fixed the international shipping however the DOMESTIC part doesn't work at all..

 

1st; it uses : PRIORITY FLAT RATE and secondly whatever the customer choses for shipping option, it ALWAYS choses the first one on the list, let's say the list goes like this :

 

- First Class

-EMS

-Priority

 

if I chose Priority (flat rate cause it's on there as default even though I don;t want this)

 

when processing the order and give the total, it choses "1st class".

 

I tried to removed first class and it choose EMS as EMS became the 1st on the list and so on..

 

ANybody had the same problem and as the fix ?
