I am noticing that when use the add customer information form and I need to add my state, California, it tells me that I need to fill in a state. It creates the drop down box however the states are coming up in triplicate and it will not accept California for some reason. I would appreciate any help on this. Guest Posted December 23, 2002 Posted December 23, 2002 LOLOL....John, I believe you need to edit the list of states. Add California since it isn't listed and delete Northern California and Southern California from the list...As far as I know they haven't divided the state into two parts...yet.
