Not Recording Transactions Internally / Not transferring Item Title to PayPal

I have recently installed OS Commerce website, and the database is no longer recording transactions internally, and is not transferring the item title to PayPal. The item title being transferred is the name of the company.

 

Does anyone know how to restore these vital attributes, or fix OS Commerce websites professionally?

 

I'm New to this type of website, and have been considering selling them to my clients. But now am unsure about the stability of the website.

 

Any help or insight, or direction toward a professional troubleshooter would be sincerely appreciated.

Probably 2.2 rc2 has it been working prior to this?

Yes if you look in your Application_top.php its there, alternatively you can go to Admin / tools / Server info, it will say at th etop of the resulting page.
