Shopping Cart Shows up on the right side of the screen instead of in the center

My shopping cart shows up on the right side of the screen instead of in the center of the page.

 

Has anyone else seen this issue, and does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix it?

And it also looks like the login screen shows on the right as well instead of the center.

 

I have looked through google.com and have not seen anything pertaining to this. I have seen live oscommerce sites and their shopping cart and login screens show right in the center of the page instead of in the margin somewhere.

 

can anyone please help me?
