wingnut144 Posted May 2, 2008 Posted May 2, 2008 I was testing to see if the system would process the sale from start to finish, but was curious that I don't see any indication that a sale was made from the Admin center. How does someone know that a item has been purchased off your site?? Is there some sort of indication that a purchase has been made (other than money is received??) How would I know to proceed with shipment, etc? Sorry if its a dumb question...
markg-uk Posted May 2, 2008 Posted May 2, 2008 If you enter an email address for 'Send Extra Order Emails To' (in admin - my store, that will get a copy of the order email when your customer places an order.
Guest Posted May 3, 2008 Posted May 3, 2008 Alos, if you install pending order email, you will get an email when the customer lands on the checkout confirmation page.
