One Page Order Form?

I am wondering if it is possible to create a one-page (one-step only) order form with osCommerce and connect to osCommerce database. I am looking for a one-page order form that is capable to upload and save the data into the database and charge to credit card at the same time. If there is any PHP programmer out there who can help me with this project, please let me know. Compensation will be available.

I mean you want when user clicks on buy now then the user will go to the mycart and after clicking on make paypem ( or what so ever button) then direct redirect to the payment gateway page. Am I right?
